Emani and TaniRose Fakaotimanava-Lui are the owners of Rocket Systems Limited, a private Niuean company that manages Internet Niue on behalf of The IUSN Foundation.
Everything to do with the day-to-day operation of Internet Niue is handled by Emani and TaniRose, their business associate Richard Tuhipa of Stuff IT and the staff of Rocket and Stuff IT.
