Emani Emani Lui is the owner of Rocket Systems Limited, a private Niuean company that manages Internet Niue on behalf of The IUSN Foundation. Everything to do with the day-to-day operation of Internet Niue is handled by Emani and his colleagues Jopoy Solano and Klint Aboy.
